El 012 es un servicio de atención telefónica donde un equipo de psicólogos atiende a la víctima, ofreciendo libertad y esperanza a una mujer presa de sus miedos, indefensa e incomunicada tras las anónimas paredes de su casa EL 012 brinda la posibilidad para recuperar esa vida que una víctima a dejado de vivir. Recuperar y volver a sentir esos pequeños placeres del día a día, en definitiva recuperar su vida.

El 012 és un servei d'atenció telefònica on un equip de psicòlegs atén a la víctima d'un maltractament, oferint-l'hi llibertat i esperança a una dona presa del pànic, indefensa i incomunicada rere les anònimes parets de casa seva. El 012 ens ofereix la possibilitat de recuperar aquesta vida que una víctima ha deixat de viure. Recuperar i tornar a sentir aquells petits plaers del dia a dia, en definitiva recuperar la seva vida.
